Fair? No... but no one has ever questioned the legality of it... Not that it would matter... As it's a "Subjective" scoring criteria, they'll just "subjectively" score you low if you ever try to come back anyway... even if legally they would have to allow you to.

Personally, I think they will pull a lot of the "3rd tier" athletes, those who havent had or don't think they'll ever get decent placings. Guaranteed there are athletes who are only in the IFBB because it hasn't had any competition. Forget WBF, 2015 ,the up and comers have a totally different attitude to the 80s and 90's crowd. Anything seen as rebellious or radical especially if its loud and full of attitude will gain a following.

Lame. If the IFBB isn't going to pay competitors a salary and give benefits then they shouldn't care what shows and for whom the athletes compete.

I bet we will likely see more women's competitors hop ship, at least initially, because there is so little prize money to be had for them in the IFBB.

I bet Miss Panama Jack (pick any city and state) pays better than second or third place at the bikini Olympia. These girls literally have nothing to lose.

And I believe Nspire has also stated that if an athlete is signed as one of their pro athletes they can't compete in other feds.

I might be wrong, of course. Haven't been following specifics, but -- like any fan breathing -- I've been curious which athletes would switch over.

I would not put it past Lee Thompson to have picked a Species athlete and convince them to jump ship on purpose for more shock and awe.

Thank you for clearing that out Dave! And yes, I agree, Sarah is a great and unique athlete that's for sure.

We knew nothing of Sarah leaving the IFBB. It was a shock to us as well. We have addressed this directly with Sarah and have yet to hear back. While we wish her the best of luck, this is not how we wish for her to represent the company. We hired her as a competitive IFBB Pro... Competing in the highest ranking pro division in the world. Her leaving is a violation of our contract. Once again, I think Sarah has one of the best bikini bods in the business and I know she'll be successful no matter where she ends up.
