Okay that's a good start, but I want this to be driven by our members - as in they actually take the pics and not grab them from somewhere else. I'm going to train in a few hours - during prime time. I will have my phone and I guarantee you I will be able to capture someone doing something really comically stupid.

Ok... I did;t have my camera, but I know this lady will be back. I have to describe it for you...

She goes over to the high pulley on the jungle gym and clips in a short camber bar. Then she grabs it and starts walking backward pulling ALL the cable out, she was half way across the room! Then she bends over with eh bar in front go her and starts moving her torso up and down. She did like 19 sets of three reps! Photos to come.....

I'm going to attempt to get a video of one guy who has been coming into my gym for a VERY long time. He does "crunches" with his feet and arms flailing around like a turtle on its back. He'll go for a minute or so at a time. Just laying there flailing the day away...
