Typically Ex-Cons have had some proof that they have done what people say they have done.

To the best of my knowledge, Piana, while a toolbag, has never been convicted of any crimes, therefore I can not call him a criminal based on "hearsay".

I am not reading the entire thread and simply picked up on the controversy surrounding "criminal vs. non-criminal"

He is allegedly a user of illegal hormones, but certainly I have no proof of such.

Had you made that a talking point, perhaps I would have keyed in on that and not criminal vs. alleged criminal.
