Ramy Guru? George or Aceto?
Im confuse!! who the coach? I seen an interview from the last contest that George was taking full credit of Ramy success and then I seen a day before that Aceto is Ramy coach... Is Ramy having multiple affairs on his coach... Someone please explain to me please...

Ramy doesn't listen to George....
Ramy likes Aceto a lot...and follows his advices....
Ramy will tell the O2 gym dudes he wants to work with Chris....
And he will show him...look how much better I've looked after the O lol.
Wonder why? Haha . . . Wish I sou;dvd recorded our convo in Spain haha

this is awesome news and ramy coming in 2nd and beating these guys already is a litte possible preview of whats to come with him and Chris.
Nothing would please me more than for Ramy to be kept quite all year and drop jaws when he walks out at the O and punishes Phil and whoever else decides to enter lol

I stil think Kai didnt compete b/c no real guru would help him under the table and he looked like shit with farah (no cardio high carb)

Yes, i saw the interview with Farrah and what Ramy posted on Instagram. He's thanking Farrah for his work. But Ramy should better switch as fast as possible to Chris.
