is genetics to blame for legs/arms/back atrophy?
I'm noticing as the years go by fast, so do some bodyparts of some pros. What's this shit from?

Hard as fuck to carry 20" arms over the age of 50-55 unless they were like 25" to start with...

I think most of it has to do with nerve damage from over-training and a build up of scar tissue.
Age has little to do with it. Go to any big retirement community gym and see the 70 year old HRT Adonises.
