Who to watch in 2016.. The good, the bad, the unexpected.

GOOD: Justin Compton. Look for him to make some major improvements and come into the Arnold looking to take #1. I think he is top 10 at the O in 2016. Possibly top 6.

BAD: Wolf. Look for him to drop a couple of spots at the O in 2016. As low as 6th. (not that 6th is bad... but for him it would be.)

SHOCKER: Kai Greene. Who knows what Kai will decide. Remember that he has to qualify for the Olympia in 2016 after taking this year off... Could we see Kai return to the Arnold Classic to try and nab a 3rd Arnold title? Will he return to the NY Pro ala 2011?

I really think Kai is done competing....if he does come back it will be like when Chris Comier came back a few time..and looked bad each time.

It will be interesting to see what he chooses. I still think he should win a few more arnold classics, collect some big checks at the olympia, and ride off in the sunset. There's nothing wrong with an extra few hundred grand per year lol

Compton- is going to come in freaky in 2016. I think Aaron clark is also on the decline . If they made the 212 - 220- I think you would see some really freaky things happening!

Myriam Capes in fitness...she gets overlooked a lot but her routine this year was a showstopper-I'd love to see her and Oksana battle it out for Arnold and Olympia titles in the future
