1 minute....had to tap out after that. Seemed like he takes himself a bit serious. If this is the OP by the way....life is short, shrug off those people who only ask questions but can't follow through.
Not a fad...I have been at it since the late 70s.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

More the reason to stay off social media.
I swear, some women act like Instagram is holding them hostage and they have been surgically attached to FACEBOOK.
Seriously, no one cares about your 1,000 friends if you can't even communicate well in public.Last edited by Professor X; 10-07-2015 at 02:43 PM.

I think media as a whole has ruined some of that fitness should and has been...in one of these threads Romano refers to the olden days of the Mecca where everyone knew everyone and wanted to be a part of the bodybuilding scene...today it's filled with a lot of competitive whiners and attention whores who only want to post/push their personal agenda...now trust me, attention whores and selfish people are nothing new...but this quick fix, take this, only five minutes three times a week mentality that has saturated the entire fitness scene has made a severely watered down product...could you imagine any of the bodybuilders from back in the day promoting a product that wasn't involving/promoting hard work along with it?
but I guess ultimately it's about what you do at the end of the day...are you buying into the quick fix scenario? no? well then you'll be fine

Media is an outlet for show offs. I hate social media. It makes the fake that much faker. Its like 'look it me, look it me, I have a big steak or I have cool pants, or I ate 14 meals' or stupid quotes. I'm an old school cat

I imagine it is difficult avoiding the quick fix when all of your facebook friends are running after it.
I mean, 5,000 digital friends has to equal at least 2 or 3 real friends......
Geeze...facebook peer pressure by the thousands.
I wish Facebook would just disappear for a few days just to see if the world actually ends.
