muscle loading
just wanted to have the first post in this section.
What do you guys think about all those articles you find in magazines that say if you do this work out for X min a day for 7 days you will gain 1.5 inches on your arms???
any truth to these claims?

Bullshit.... was it not a supplement company that came out with that arm routine? and between your workouts you have to take there products?....lol obvious bullshit
