Dave and Sid - Can you all make this show better, please?

My question is about Classic Physique. I just looked at the height-to-weight specs and it appears that Frank Zane at 5'9" and 190 pounds (which is what he measured at arguably his best condition in 1979) would have to lose 5 pounds (to 185 at 5'9") to enter a contest. Do you feel these height-to-weight standards are correct for what the NPC is trying to do? Also, are we going to see a 185 pound, 5'9" Dave in these shows anytime soon?

This show sucks so bad that I would rather take advice from an Instagram online “coach” while prepping for nationals and have him tell me 6 weeks out to cut my carbs, cut my fats, and do 2 90 minute cardio sections per day 6 times a week to get shredded and completely ruin my metabolism… I have a few questions, 1. I am aware that you got surgery for gyno back in the early 90s, my question is, once you have surgery to remove the gyno, does the gland get taken out or just the fatty lump? And does it ever come back after surgery if aromatization occurs? My other question is in regards to aromasin, I know it is an aromatase inhibitor and works on blocking aromatization from androgen into estrogen. While in offseason what are recommended doses and would you rather use any other agent instead of this for minimizing sides. Also what are you recommendations on finasteride to prevent prostate growth while on cycle

Back in the 90s, one of the popular supplements that Met-rx put out was HMB. However, in recent times it seems that HMB has been all but forgotten in the sports supplement industry. Why do you think it lost its popularity, and is it something you would still recommend?

QUESTION: What is your opinion on PCT ( Post Cycle Therapy) during TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy). Some doctors don't consider it necessary. I think, however than any type of treatment should be cyclical in order to be efficient through time.

What are your thoughts on " muscle memory" is it a real thing or bro science? I had to take a year off from training due to several hip surgeries. I still have some size being a natural lifter/competitor, But I was wondering what I could expect as far as getting back to where I left off a year ago. I can't wait to get my size back!
