He has made amazing progress since he first popped on the scene. Saying you don't know if he trains hard just seems off. No one looks like that and makes that much progress without training hard.

If I didn't know any better I would say this is a picture of Dexter from the early 2000's. Crazy crazy physique. Hes a true genetic mutant, but like DMX said, the guy is never in good enough condition.

Romano told me that the rumors about Paul being extremely lazy and not training hard are completely untrue. Lee Priest lived with him. Lee and I have had many conversations about Paul and his lack of training intensity never comes up. I think being lazy is sometimes confused for not training hard. Perfect example was Greg Kovacs. From all accounts that dude was REAL lazy, but in the gym he was a complete animal.
