Curcumin seems to be all the rage recently. It is a supplement that has anti-inflammatory effects. Some people think it does stuff for cancer. But again you can find all that stuff on the net’. My job is to make sure that you’re not getting ripped off when you go buy it. You want to make sure you get the best quality curcumin on the planet.
So let’s get into quality curcumin and where to get it. First curcumin has a big problem, the absorption and digestion of the product is very low. If you take normal curcumin you most likely are not digesting and absorbing enough of the product to work. The key to the absorption & bioavailability of curcumin is to digest it through the intestinal wall. Therefore a few manufacturers have developed high-tech versions of curcumin to fully deliver it to the intestinal wall for maximum absorption. This is a really good brand of Curcumin. I stumbled upon this on Amazon awhile back after trying to find the more bio available form out there. Two thumbs up.
