Dave - This show is worse than the kettle bell workout you've got Sid on....

I typically follow a low, but not ketogenic, carb diet. Usually around 80-120g carbs per day. Over this past weekend, I sort of went off the low carbs and went on a see food diet. My weight went from 209 to 222 in a couple of days. How much of that was body fat? Am now at 214 after three days back on the low carbs. What causes this extreme weight gain and loss biologically speaking and is it healthy?

Dave, I have a couple questions.First is about your Species Testolyze.I just got off a 20 week cycle of prohormones and I am 2 weeks into taking Testolyze.Is there a cycle period for it or can I take it year round without any down regulation or side effects?Also I have a lot of grinding and some minor pain in my left knee and wanted to know if hyaluronic acid added to a glucosamine and chondroitin mix has any benefits.Heavy leg extensions at full range of motion are the culprit to my issue I believe and I've lightened the weight in half but still have a little discomfort.Is there an alternative to perform them or different variation or should I just ditch the movement entirely?

I hate this show more than watching big army "Shredded" for the olympia at 315lbs with the potential that he has to be mister olympia for years to come.

1. Dave what is your take on aromasin at 25mg EOD for my offseason gear, and what other Anti would u rather or prefer and why
2. PSA levels being elevated and use of anabolic a, do you know or have any feedback on elevated PSA leaves from running gear and being under 30 YO? But they are not out of range just elevated (3.3 when range goes up to 4) but for the age is unusual? Any advice or suggestions?

Hey dave I just finished my second ever competition this time with a medal, 2nd place after the absolute champion and the best in the Bulgarian classic division. My question is I plan to stop the gear for the first time in a very long time. I'll be doing pct as soon as the gear wears off, do u think it'll be beneficial in terms of better gainz afterward, or cruising on low doses till January is better? And one more question, cuz this time around Im gonna use growth for my off season, should I split it when Im using more than 4ius and do u think I should have 2days off, I read that if u have 2 days off not 2following days it wont have lessen the effects.
