Thanks brian. I feel so good. I am clean. No juice in 4 weeks and really wanna build my body as naturually as I can. Every week increase the weight. Haven't dropped that much strength but then again, 350 mgs ain't shit but I will always think of it as cheating. It feels good to see my naturual hormones fighting the fucking weights instead of artificial

I find about 5 or 6 to be optimal.....I don't like eating huge meals that make me feel like junk and would rather break into smaller portions while still being observant of spacing the meals out far enough to reactive MPS and let it reset
