Starting Ketogenic Diet
Hey I'm wanting to really get into Ketosis. I haven't done it before, I know protein needs to be 1.5 grams per lean body pound, and about 1/2-3/4 gram of fat per lean body pounds. And obviously carbs low as possible. Any great food tips, or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

That would be a good place to start. Carbs for most need to be about 35ish grams or lower to hit ketosis but that is person dependent and it should be all fibrous sources, no starches.
