Evan Mensing - 2100 raw total @ 275
I wanted to share my first full power meet results with you all. This past weekend I competed at an RPS meet, in Latham NY, where I totaled 2100 raw with wraps in the 275lb class, from a 750 squat, 505 bench and 845 RPS world record deadlift.
This gives me the second highest total at 275 ever posted in RPS raw modern, as well as ranks me tied with the 5th highest total of all time at 275 (powerliftingwatch), with the 4th highest deadlift all time in any federation in the 275 class. The best part about it is, I feel I have a lot left in the tank, and a lot more to improve on.

From the vids you looked like you had plenty more in you. What are your plans for your next meet?

Well done Evan. I look forward to seeing improvement as the videos of the lifts indicate you had more in the tank. I am curious, did you go 9 for 9 in the meet? The reason I ask is that many first time full meet lifters hold back, consciously or unconsciously. Time and confidence will bring greater lifts. Again, well done.
