Q: How were you introduced to the weights?

A: After looking at a mag at my cousin’s house with Nasser on the cover. It was a Flex mag.

Nasser appeared on nine Flex covers!



Q: What is your favorite part of the iron game – strongman, bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Bikini, etc.?

A: Strongman I absolutely love. The pushing past failure, the fight, and beating that previous goal. That’s what makes me feel so confident in anything. Yes, the weights!

Q: What's your favorite thing about bodybuilding?

A: The size reward that comes with it.

Q: What's your least favorite thing about bodybuilding?

A: Eating so many f'n meals.



Q: Name one of your top five most irksome bodybuilding stereotypes.

A: “He’s a meat head.” That’s dumb.

Q: What is your goal so far as the weights go?

A: Getting my strength up on bench. I’m obsessed with bench since high school.

Q: What has been one of your greatest disappointments?

A: Missing the lottery by one number in 2007. Million dollar lottery! lol jk.
Just not reaching my goal and not knowing how to get it. Regarding money, weights, or getting meals in. If I have a goal, I must get it! No if, ands, or buts…

Q: Do you have any favorite bodybuilders or strength athletes?

A: Vic Martinez, Jay Cutler, Shawn Ray, Ramy, Ruhl, Bill Kazmaier.



Q: Who is someone you look forward to meeting and perhaps picking their brain?

A: Bill Gates. I admire his fortune and wealth as well as Steve Jobs.

Q: How were you introduced to Rx Muscle and the forums?

A: Always heard of it from other members of other sites.

Q: What’s your favorite part of Rx Muscle Forums?

A: I like the pit. Gives me a chance to unleash.

Q: What are some of your favorite TV shows?

A: Storage Wars, Shark Tank, 48 Hours. I love the drama.

Q: So, 290 lbs. eh? Why no pics so far? Not even a foot or a hand holding a dumbbell???

A: When I had my lap top I felt I wasn't ready. Then I felt ready and my daughter dropped it and broke it. However, I will show it one day, but I have work still. I'm 255 now, however.



Q: Who on the forum would you destroy with a laser blast first, UK or Maniacal? Not me, right?

A: Haha, not you, Curt. If I can take both their asses out, I’d be one happy man.

Q: How old are you? Some of your posts make me think you're no spring chicken while others make me think you're 12 years old.

A: Hahaha 34.

Q: What’s the craziest workout program you’ve followed?

A: 12 hours at the gym super setting bi's and tri's. It was set up by the late Matt Duvall when he was with MuscleTech. It was supposed to add an inch. Yeah, b.s.

A: Diet Pepsi, my fam, and weight lifting.

Q: What would you do to improve the site and the forums in particular?

A: Change the backround of site. It just seems too dim. When I first switched from the other site that was the first thing I noticed.

A: Batman.

Q: Which Batman, the Nolan ones with Christian Bale?

A: Heath Ledger.



Q: Have you seen the new Star Wars trailer and are you looking forward to what J.J. Abrams has in store?

A: Haven't really. Never got into it.

Q: What currently drives you nuts?

A: People who cut me off when I'm talking.

Q: What motivates you?

A: Other people who have made it to the top through hard work. That's inspirational, imo.

Q: Why did you stop posting YouTube videos with your posts?

A: Other laptop is broke.



Q: Do you have a favorite Rx Muscle member?

A: Yeah, Solution hahahaha. Let's just say I don't hate anyone, maybe get on my nerves. lol

Q: Any pets in Poker's penthouse?

A: Nope.

Q: If you could train with any IFBB Pro, who would it be?

A: Vic or Jay.

Congrats, PfA. Lots of interesting stuff here. Quite a diverse group of favorite iron athletes. I'd go Seinfeld over friends and Keaton over Bale even with Ledger being a more accurate modern day Joker. I actually paused Storage Wars to read the thread. Love the show but hate that Dave Hester!

Well... I asked the TV show question twice. Duh.

And I could have given Poker face Ace a much bigger lead time. Here are some additional follow-up questions...

Q: You mentioned your family and your daughter. How old is your daughter?

A: Almost 3.

Q: Why Vic or Jay?

A: Both are just inspirational. Reading up on both since I was a kid and they are both very driven. I feed off that energy.

Q: Do you have an opinion on the 2007 O? That's the one Vic lost in a close decision (well, according to many, but maybe not the judges).

A: Just thought Vic was the champ. I'm sure Jay agrees. lol

Q: What's your favorite body part to train?

A: Chest. It's such a simple bodypart to train with simple exercises, I guess, if that makes sense.

Q: Can you say anything about your occupation?

A: Selling and buying.
