I'm with Beni here. I put in for the Arnold 2x - Once for Fitness and once for WPD. Not selected either time. I am a consistent top placer at shows. You can't tell me I am not worthy of being on that stage.

I see your (and Beni's) point and agree one hundred percent. But here's another point that no one has brought up - who will be monitoring these contracts as to which are the first 50 to arrive? It can still be a 'pick-and-choose' affair in reality, if not on paper.

No doubt but like I said am still gonna give it a go besides that I still rather pay the piper now than later to renew pro status of $200 vs $400 past December deadline and if am not chosen that is fine by me... Won't be the first time won't be the last time either... Well maybe the last time cause it indeed is discouraging after many tries and am not one to give up so easily but it does kinda put a damper on the happy Helen attitude...just saying I can see why many give up but hey there are plenty new & younger hopefuls waiting to take our place that are new to the game

Quick side note - they double the charge to renew your IFBB pro card if you send it in after a certain date?

Beni - I really hope you get in. As for me, I am renewing my card early to get the $200 rate, but I am not sure how much use it will get next year. I am at weird point with the whole industry.

Carrie, I dont blame you for feeling that way ..been there and still I keep holding on that it will get better and that I will get better at the game but my gut tells me otherwise yet wishful thinking keeps pulling me back in.

Now that there has been drama brought about the whole Lee T and npc/ifbb and how he did this and that, well it doesnt look good but competitors are looking past that and hoping for a much more improved organization in the NPC/IFBB ...only time will tell and if indeed LT did fix certain shows and or skim money,bully folks in the industry well all I can say is what goes around comes around and I feel that the head of NPC/IFBB will start to look a lil more closely on what is going on behind the tables at every district ...I know I would just to have my consumers confidence back and competitors knowing that the organization will not stand for mistreatment from those in power. I dunno perhaps more wishful thinking on my part but I just dont wanna give up hope and I do hope that the org can correct any glitches it has within and continue to make it a place where competitors have a great experience and not come out of it thinking it was time, money, energy wasted but to come out of it with a great experience
