GeorgeForemanRules quest to be 205lbs
I was 295 several years ago, got down to 217lbs this summer but was not lifting weights much at all. Goal for early summer 2016 is 200-205lbs and lifting hard.

So diet. This is a tough one. I love and hate KETO. It works very well for me but I get bat sh!t crazy after about three weeks. So for the first time I will try a low carb diet and calorie count. Going to start at 2500 cals a day, goal is to drop 2lbs a week. I will tweak it as I go.
Workout is simple. Push/Legs/Pull, reps 12-20. I do not train heavy or hard anymore due to dozens of injuries so I will be doing volume for sets.Last edited by GeorgeForemanRules; 11-15-2015 at 06:49 AM.

Incline peck deck: 3x12
DB rows: 70lbs 5x12
CGPD: 3x12
Cable laterals: 6x12
Rear laterals: 2x15
BB shrugs: 225lbs 2x15
BB cable curls: 90lbs 3x12
Concentration curls: 30lbs 2x12
Tri seated one arm DB ext: 30lbs 3x12

1/2 squats raw: 225 1x15, 245 2x15, 255 1x14
SLDL: 185 3x15
Walking lunges no weight 3 sets length of the gym
Standing calve raise 2x15

Did a 1.5 hour upper workout. Day before the Black Sabbath concert. The Concert was epic, such a great time. We went all out and got the $375 tickets, I was well worth it.

SLDL:135 4x15 ( should have used more weight)
Standing claf raise: 2x15 one leg at a time, no extra weight.
