Still shady made .If youre running around all day and "burn a lot doing your Carpentry then why is your bodyfat at 18% ? Also , if we base it on a figure in between the 4500 & 5500 kcls that you've given ,lets say 5000,it would mean that the 220grams of protein youre taking accounts for less than 20% of your total calorie intake .I dont think thats sufficient for a bodybuilder ever mind one who is on a heavy cycle. Once you take away the 220 grams of protein youre left with over 4000 calories of carbs and fat ,for a 220lb person? Dont you think thats the reason for your claimed 18% bodyfat. Add the arm in the Avatar and you see why some think theres something strange about these posts.

No. Im wondering if your fat and carbs are too high at around 4000 calories. Now that you say youre closer to 10 % bodyfat then maybe you have a fast metabolism or something. Still if I was you I would swap some of the fat/carb calories for protein calories to make gains. Im sure most guys here would tell you their protein makes up a higher percentage of their calorie intake than what yours is. Im no expert but I personally would do away with the grams per pound of bodyweight system for protein which it seems youre using ( 220lbs bodyweight-220g protein) and go with a set percentage of total calories i.e. instead of the 220 grams of protein youre currently doing, use a set percentage like say 25% of your 5000 calories should be protein. Just an option ,not that you should go and do it haha
