I hate this show so much that I'd rather.... wait a minute.... I'm getting a very important text... continue without me... OK, if you must know it was from Lee Thompson... we're very tight... anyway, What is your take on natural glucose disposal agents? I know you were not in favor of Metformin but is there any advantage for taking cinnamon, vanadyl sulfate, or chromium picolinate prior to ingesting carbs to reduce elevations in blood sugars?

Dave, what's your opinion on ALR Industries HumaPro? Is it as good or better than any other protein sources? Is it more beneficial than BCAA's?

For a person who is in Hormone Replacement Therapy (around 150-175 mg of test every 10 days) for a year by now, should one be worried about the occasional itchy nipple? It might be psychological, but it seems to become mildly painful when eating protein bars--which, as we know, are usually filled with soy. Your thoughts?

Ok. Let me get my hands on this, i.e. my first question to #askdave, even though I hate this show. Why? My wife got a miscarriage for listening this show. I guess the fetus hated your mumble too and decided to quit before to even begin.
Dave's opinion and thought about Saw Palmetto as a supplement? Should and could it be used.

Dear Dave i done 8 week cycle with 1750mg sustanon , 1050mg deca, 10ius humalog post workout, 50mcg igf post workout before humalog, and 5ius chinese hgh, dostinex 1/2 2 times week, and no anti estrogen. I go from 91kg to 107kg in 8 weeks but i lost all condition (looks like baloon), im 5,5ft. around 7000 calories.no cardio.
Now i change to cutting and i use 350mg prop, 525 trean ace, 350 masteron, 1 arimidex ED, 120mcg clenbuterol,25mcg T3, 1/2 dostinex 2 times week, 50mcg igf post workout, 5ius hgh in morning before cardio. around 3000 calories only carbs breakfast and post workout, 35 min cardio empty stomach. workout always intense and 45 minutes only.
hat i ask is: this low dose of anabolics can hold my mass ( i go from 2800mg week to 1225mg)?
you we change from bulking to cutting should we do so quick?
Why when i use good dose of test i look swolled and puffy expecily when i dont use anti estrogen and tren. why?

Since I am in a PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE mode, I won't even BOTHER telling you why I HATE THIS SHOW.
QUESTION #1: How can you keep an optimal input of proteins in your diet if your kidneys are SLIGHTLY inefficient? (Can you compensate with EAAs and BCAAs supplementation?)
QUESTION #2: What are the ingredients and what's the science behind your "Kidney Stuff?"

What's your opinion on The metabolic doc, Thomas O'connor. His thinks everyone ever taking steroids will have enlargement of the heart and that even trt are bad and you risk never being able to get your girl pregnant?

Dave what's your thoughts about popcorn as a snack? Not the pre-bagged microwave popcorn but the plain kernels that you pop on the stove and only add salt to.

Going from 2800mg to 1225 mg of anabolics is a big Jump. Still it's might work wonder if the diet and training is on point.
However I think That going from 7000 calories to 3000 calories (carbs only in breakfast and after workout) + adding cardio is a big mistake. It's less than half the calories + adding cardio.
If you were my client I would probably make you only cut 20% of your calories (here 1400kcal cut) it's already huge. See how your body reacts, than add slowly cardio 15 mins eod (slow to medium intensity) than see how your body react than take measures accordingly. Your prep doesn't have to be hell to elicit good results, quite the opposite actually.

Natural Potential Formulae
I hate this show because I'm having to post this on last weeks thread! Get a handle on this thing already; we're in the 21st century here.
Dave - What are your thoughts on the various "natural potential" formulas and algorithms available on the web that aim to predict how big you can get naturally by various measurements (i.e., wrist, ankle, neck, waist, etc.)? Do you think they are worthwile or a waste of electrons swimming around the internet?
