Dave, why not make the ultimate MRP that has everything (or almost everything) you need in it?

I love it when Dave rants...(and when he acts like he owns a supplement company! which btw is something I wish he'd focus on instead of this Rx BS, (that's my rant)...
Dave's been saying this stuff since he started training...that's the difference between someone who grew to 300+lbs at 5%bf and people that half-ass things...Dave is as obsessive as someone can be...
I remember when he was trying to grow, going to an all you can eat sushi place and them asking us to leave, we got back to my apartment I couldn't breathe I was so full and he promptly made himself 2 (yes, not 1, but 2) met-rx shakes... he once told me I don't eat b/c it tastes good or that I like food, I eat to grow...it's a job

Once I had one of my France client asking me if he could use butter or margarine instead of Flaxseed oil with Flounder (Sole) and spinach.(It was a Keto diet, the person wasn't an athlete).
And he explained me that his previous dietitian said that they were good fats and you can eat a little bit of everything it doesn't hurt
Honestly after this question, I was depressed for at least one hour, reread twice the question, almost cry and than explained extensively the difference between the two, going in details so that it sticks forever in his head.
"Can I use a white bread as toast instead of oatmeal or cream of rice in the morning, cause I don't like oatmeal?"
"I ate 5 shocko-bons this afternoon, what can I do to erase it?" (The girl was on Ketosis, I made her walk 1hour and 45mins in a village in Alsace called Saverne)
I have tons of these "questions" that just make you feel like
David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

Wasn't what I expected when I clicked on it. I was expecting a 10-20 minute rant about people having no clue about supplements but I was happy to hear dave rant either way. I think a majority of uneducated gym goers and new years dieters are under the impression that a one a day vitamin is enough to get them to their goals. I remember taking the Ronnie coleman vitamin stack and I actually had to spend 10 minutes doing nothing but swallowing pills. Dave is spot on when he says you can't get all you need into a tiny pill.
