Im assuming its supposed to make extraction of the nutrients harder so that they pass through the system before it happens.I dont know if that would work for an athlete whose body would be justifiably screaming for those extra calories. I reckon it'd pull them out of there one way or another.Would probably work for one who isnt in a deficit or who even if in a deficit isnt active enough to make the body want those calories so bad.

The same thing was done with pasta. It was found that eating re-heated pasta netted much fewer calories than the same food freshly cooked. For some reason the cooling and reheating affects the digestibility of certain carbs and turns them into "resistant starch" (resistant to gut enzymes).

Why would you cut the calories from rice ? Just eat less rice ? If you don't want the calories inside it … Come on. Why would you want something "calories empty" to sit in you digestive track ?

Some satiety ? Eat greens … It takes place in the stomach, maybe even more than rice, it brings fiber + TONS TONS of vitamins and minerals. (I talk for the endomorphs here lool, even if I don't believe in compartimenting /classifying bodies )
Drink plenty of water.
Oh and 2500kcals of Clean calories (balance Macros and Micros) is much more "stuffing" , "filling" than 2500 of bad calories. Usually if you design a good balance diet with enough calories to fuel to body there won't be cravings of hunger, that's what I experience day in and day out with my clients.David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

All great advice. Wasn't thinking of rice as "bad calories" but I do see where your coming from and I appreciate that. Sometimes there is a factor of craving something beyond proteins and greens. Many would enjoy adding rice especially if the calorie content can be lowered.
That was indeed the original intent.WNBF Pro Bodybuilder

To basically take space in the (stomach) or to chew white rice (and have the taste of it)?
I mean you can chew longer the rice and enjoy more of it, or you can use less calories dense carbs that have fibers and takes place in your stomach.
I understand the reasoning, but if somebody feels the need to eat "empty calorie rice" than his diet is not on point (AT ALL).
If you feel that guys : => Need to hire the french guru ASAP.
I will make you eat more (quality carbs), less (quality) proteins than you ever had and you will achieve the best results possible. (Oh and training between 20 to 30 mins a day not every day. No more shah)
It's Christmas I will charge only 500 for 16 weeks instead of 1000. (The money you will save from buying tons of proteins and useless supplements in the future will easily cover my "Christmas rate" )
Lean and mean with "The Can Guru" and without the "diet rice"David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !
