Hi Dave and Sid,
This is my first question and I'm a huge fan, so I'll try to keep it brief:
I've been a police officer for almost a decade now, and I have to say, I HATE this show so bad, I'd rather be stuck riding double in my patrol car with Officer Farah for an entire 12 hour shift while having to listen to him tell me how great of a coach he is while he copies and pastes the same diet to 50 different clients, all while DOOKIE sits arrested in the back seat, texting Jim Manion asking for his bail to be posted and just before I finally finish my shift, I get a call to Palumbo's Pythons and Boas Studio where I get my arm bit off by the super fire diamond snake!
(come on, that's gotta get me some free Nitrolyze!? lol)
My question is... I realize supplements are to be used to 'supplement' the diet, however, for cost purposes, instead of using omega-3 eggs specifically for their fat content, could I use regular store bought eggs and supplement with something like omegalyze to make up for the EFA benefit? Would I see the same effects if I stuck with lean protein sources each meal and the majority of my fat content came from fish oil pills only?

Hello Dave,
I despise this show so much,I'd rather fight Gregg Valentino in a cage match after he consumed a tub of Fiberlize and one of his shit-bubbles hits him--while you stand on the side of the ring and lecture us on hemorrhoid treatment--than to watch an other episode of this show.
Two Questions: (1) I am undergoing an invasive surgery and won't be in the gym for two to three months. What can I take/do to keep my gains? (2) Does Rich Piana's published P.E.D. cycle make sense to you? Thanks!

I hate this show because im doing Keto of Dave Palumbo, and in this phase i hate everithyng and everyone!
DANGER NO CARBS!!!
I have weak areas like calves i try to improve. Can i get results from IGF LR3 during pre contest prep? or the only way is Synthol? Can be used safely?

I hate this show so much, I'd rather take John romanos sketchy pre workout advice literally, and shot up some heroine just before doing a 600 pound squat on no carbs while wearing high heels, all this without life insurance.
Is there a limit to how much protein the body is able to pre-dispose for actual muscle building within a realistic time frame? For example, if my body is only able to use 20 grams of the protein I consume every 3 hours for muscle repair and growth, is consistent ingestion of that amount enough to optimize my ability to gain muscle?
