Match seems OK frankly. Old roomie and my bro are now married happily to the person they found there thus my using it. My younger bro has been with his girl for a year strong now as well. So they can work but I feel the majority still find it only slightly better than the old fashion way for anything concrete and long term yes.
I feel I might have a slightly harder time at the time as I am agnostic and serious about it, Im open to dating a women who is not but often they are not the other way around. I also am very resistant to dating a women who has any kids, sounds mean but to bad so sad, I know what I am ready for and what I am not ready for. Being educated and athletic are HUGE pluses as well but that goes without saying as a meat-head of course lol!Last edited by Joshua H; 03-04-2018 at 04:30 PM.

checking in gang!
avg weekly weight: 199.8
avg weekly intakes: 3490 (pro: 227)
great week! feeling good as can be. gym sessions went well, body feels good. getting my quarterly full lab panel done this week to see where we are on those. FYI that this month they are doing a feedback survey for any new test takers. any 2 tests you order will be paid back dollar for dollar with a visa gift card. i can give out my ambassador code to activate this to 10 people as can all us amabassadors. message me and i can send you the code to use for the site when you place an order for any 2 stacks of the 6 they have.
pete bumped me to 3750 calories this weekend as i am still not climbing much on the scale. likely due to the 2x35 minute outdoor or treadmill runs i been doing in prep for the mud runs i am doing starting may 12. he hates what cardio does to my metabolism (blows it through the roof) so he predicts ill be over 4000kcals within a few weeks from the trends he has seen and my pictures. hell yes i say!
hope you all had a good St Pats Day this weekend! go see the new food pictures i have up in the muscle meals thread as well!UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,

Check up time!
pics attached. blurry as heck but all i could seem to manage.
198.7lbs weekly avg.
kcals were 3489 avg at 230 protein
cardio 2x a week in the rotation as mentioned before. lifting 5x a week.
gunning for USAPL meet in st louis July 14th at 93kg class. 5th lifetime meet for me.
https://www.facebook.com/events/1480892782033396/ what sucks is that i need to wait 2 more weeks to see if i got selected to speak at NSCA National this year and if i do i wont be able to do that meet as its the same weekend (of course it is!)
This past week was solid! feeling good and the gym is going great. been in a pretty good relationship for past 5 weeks now and really enjoying it i must say. with the added conditioning work for mud runs this sping and summer i am always concerned with weight loss and concurrent training effects but for now, no issues!
will see how things go in coming months as i have work travel, personal travel or mud run event travel putting me on the road 2 out of 4 weekends a month starting April 2nd till end of June. Yikes!

been a while gang!
this week i was on travel 4 days out of last 7 with my first full day back in office on normal routine being today. was in upstate new york between syracuse and rochester for work 2 days and family visit 2 days. gave a talk at cornell, hung with a sales rep from our company and toured my in-laws fathers 3500 acre farm and 1500 head dairy farm operation which was pretyt dope plain and simple.
as of this am i was 197lbs flat.
kcal intake estimated to be about 3700 with some guess work while on road and eating out.
started first week of new training block last week after a deload week. pete and i have me working to build up my big 4 lifts as high as possible whiling making some moderate gains in size yet. OHP being the 4th big lift we focus on.
i have my 6 OCR 10 races to start getting a bit more serious about as of May 12 when race 1 kicks off for me. its in Johnson Creek WI and its a Warrior Dash which I have done before but not this course. gonna be fun!
got some great pics of my good eats this past week over in the muscle meals thread so go look at them eats! http://forums.rxmuscle.com/forumdisp...8-Muscle-MealsUNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,
