I'm guessing that's where classic physique comes in where hopefully proportions and aesthetics will count for something but that takes a qualified judge with a good eye. Sometimes you don't get that and it's easier for an unqualified judge to just be a human skinfold caliper.

Isnt the current judging panel the same one that was there then? ...Some of them at least
