carb timing
My diet is as follows.
1kg egg whites
20oz cooked chicken
1/2 container cottage cheese
3-4 scoops iso whey.
Carbs have been in the morning pre and post. 1 cup oats/brown rice/2 slices wheat bread.
I wake pack my first 4 meals. And walk 50 minutes to work and eat my first meal usually 400g whites and a cupof oatmeal.
Meal 2 is cottage cheese and whey as the mornings are busy. Lunch is 10oz chicken with veg and the same for meal 4.
I walk another 50 minuites home and prepare my preworkout or have a shake and relax. The gym is approx the same distance to work so another 45 there 45 home. If get a ride either home or to the gym i do HIIT cardio post workout. After returning home iI have my final meal 400g whites and a cup of oats/ brown rice.
My carbs are already getting low at 150g approx. If i where to continue to lower them. what would you suggest I remove them morn pre or post?

When they are reduced again, I would definitely get rid of the in the morning first and foremost. In fact, you could do that now and add those back in post. Morning, then pre, then post. Moving morning to intra workout wouldn't be a bad idea either.
