Farah vs Rambod: Who Owns the Name "Pro Maker/Pro Creator"
My good friend Heinz Senior (owner of Human Evolution Nutrition with George Farah) sent me The cartoon above. He's upset because he is being told that Farah and He can't use the name "Pro Maker Protein" because Hany is the Pro Creator, first, and there would be market confusion. What do u guys think is the right thing to happen?

Seems as though they probably "could" use it and since they are not identical, I doubt any thing legally would come from it.
That said, it would probably be a more financially rewarding venture if they came up with a name that sounded completely original so there was no confusion, and in turn, no one buying something from Hany, thinking it's Farah's.

The names are Very close... There certainly could be confusion to people who don't know them. But Hany never trademarked the name for Supplments

I am so confused is that George to the LEFT in the pic or George in the RIGHT?
If forced to testify I do recall specifically meeting in 2003 Hany and he actually introduced himself as " the Pro creator" If called to the witness stand that's exactly how I will testify.

Who could doubt the word of a decorated police officer?

While he may not have trademarked it, general use would apply to any legal proceedings.
As Chris said, Hany was introduced as "The Pro Creator", which may be enough for a court to find that while he never filed a legal trademark, the usage came from him and would be recognized as his.
If I were Farah, I would come up with something else.
People know Hany as "The Pro Creator", and I think a case could be made if someone were to file a cease and desist against Farah.
This is just on the surface of course from prior cases I've seen.

The fact is that FARAH made the PRO MAKER PROTEIN first...........regardless of who is the ridiculous PRO MAKER/PRO CREATOR in reality (which neither of them are).......the fact remains, is FARAH's new protein gonna confuse anyone into thinking that it is, in fact, HANY selling the stuff?

Dave and Chris both hit the nail on the head when they talked about this on HMR. Nobody cares about the moniker. Their actual names are 50x more attention garnering than that stupid label. It seems pretty egotistical for them to think that people give a shit about their stupid little nickname.

Their shitty nicknames make them sound less legitimate in the first place. Does Hany really need this shit? Hi, my name is Hany, my clients have won the last 7 Mr.Olympias, and I also currently coach the best male physique competitor on the planet and the best female figure competitor of all time. What do you need a shitty nickname and training system for? It would be more badass if he just called himself HANY THE CREATOR. F*ck that pro shit. The guy could be the round mound of god.
