If overseas fans cannot make it to the diet guru seminar on the 30th, do you still recommend your SMART online training course as an online alternative? What are the benefits of the SMART course?

I hate this show more than Arnold hates it when bodybuilders shake while flexing on stage.
Dave - With all of the recent talk about how the up coming Arnold Classic is Kai's to win or lose, is there an explanation you may have as to why he is able to come in ripped and tight with a small stomach and then other times close in conditioning but bloated and almost pregnant. For a while he tried to play the size game. I am sure that has something to do with it. Thoughts?

I hate this show so much, I'd rather go underwater with my hands tied behind my back and take my chances with the sharks.

Hey Dave,
I hate this show so much I'd rather go through 17 days of your 21 day detox and not be able to eat red meat or drink black coffee than listen to this show...oh wait I AM on day 17 of your detox diet and am miserable without my black coffee every morning but needless to say I need to let everyone know that your detox diet truly does work wonders. Thanks.
Anyways Dave I have a question regarding women following the ketogenic diet. My fiancé has been following the ketogenic diet for a couple weeks now and has reported to me that she is experiencing the usual signs of menstratration on days not on her usual menstruating cycle. She does take birth control and was wanting to know if the diet is the cause for this abnormality and if you think so do you have any suggestions as to some way to cure this issue? Thanks again for the detox diet and all you do.

How can someone prevent elbow calcification ( elbow growth becoming pointy) ? Any way to stop it if it's happening to someone ?

Hi Dave,
If you become sick this winter while in the middle of a diet what supplements are key to take to flush the system and recover faster?Also would alkalinizing the body with several doses of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar help?And would dropping cardio temporarily while still training be best because I always heard that cardio weakens the immune system and can make your symptoms worse.Thanks.

Hey Dave Hate the show
My right lat has been sore for over a month and a half now. It feels like i just did a back workout every day. I have been to the chiropractor who tried scrapping my lat out and that didnt help and then i went to get a deep tissue massage and that didnt help either. Any idea what this could be or how i could fix it?
I have one more question as well. I was wondering if you believe in cleaning out receptors for better results with aas.

During your prime of competing were you suffering Osteoarthritis that you were 100% aware of? If so', did you seek physio therapy, active release technique or any professional assistance? What would you recommend for someone in their late 20's who has this condition in their knee? Also, were there any exercises or stretches that you avoided or introduced during your workout routines? I can still do cardio, play basketball and train in combat sports however my leg gains have decreased significantly due to discomfort in my knee. More so when doing "pushing" movements with heavier weights. God bless your family and congrats on your new born!

Hate this show as much as yellow baby shit getting on your hands when changin' diapers.
What is your take on R-ALA or Na-R-ALA ? Moreover its effects on nutrient partitioning...and if you were to use it, how so and what dose?
I believe John Meadows is a big proponent of them post-workout but not pre...is that because of its glucose disposing properties?

when do i start depleting water pre contest ...12 hours ...once stop drinking water would you recomend doing cardio or sitting in a sauna to get rid of fluid???
