I remember when I was a kid in the early 90s standing in grocery store checkout lines with my mom and half of all the magazine covers beside each conveyor belt had a female bodybuilder on it.

Bircumshaw was placed 8th at that show, but was in first place by audience response.

Her conditioning is crisp as! Poses better than 95% of the pros nowadays. Good transitions to each pose, none of this lag thinking which pose to hit next.
