How to avoid the mass amounts of fake bullshit out there
Greeting All!
Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am writing to get some advice and insight from you experts out there (real people). I want to know what the absolute best and most potent supplements are for what I am looking for. For a long time now, I have been overwhelmed with the amount of fake, nonsense, non-working, placebo crap that gets marketed out there. It seems impossible these days to find real advice and suggestions from people who don't have some stake in a company or are trying to pitch some flashy product that does nothing. I want to hear from real people who are ripped and are using legit OTC products. I have tried so many products over the last decade and the only thing in all that time that really did what it said was going to do, eventually taken off the market and banned.
It's a new year and I am looking to get super lean and shredded. I have a good base as is, but need some help. So the main products I am looking for are:
*THE BEST PROTEIN POWDER HANDS DOWN
*THE BEST PRE-WORKOUT SUPPLEMENT TO GET PUMPED UP CRAZY ENERGY
*THE BEST POST WORKOUT GLUTAMINE/RECOVERY PRODUCT
*ANY LEAN MUSCLE BUILDER SUPPLEMENT (think Brad Pitt Fight Club).
*CUT WATER/PUFFINESS SUPPLEMENT
Please, please, please...any one who is NOT a company or has some stake in a product that they endorse...I want to hear from YOU! I'm looking for advice from real people, who know their shit and know how to weed through all the thousands of bullshit products and can tell me the real deal good stuff. I promise you, if you share your secret with me, you got good karma coming your way! So again, please...any powerful, fast acting, real results OTC products you can tell me about would be greatly appreciated! I am hoping that enough legit guys respond and we see a trend in the product they are all talking about...because the legit good guys always know the real shit from the fake. Much love guys!!

Very interesting question and one most of us desire to know as well. However, one must remember the goals of the individual, responses of physiology, and the differences in product types. With that said, I have two.
Protein - Food is always best. Eggs omega, chicken breast, turkey breast, grass fed beef. I recommend finding a local farmers market or farmer who does not use hormones. Powders are convenient. If considering whey, isolate is best for absorption.
Pre-workout - Beet powder. High energy endurance with quality sustained pumps. No processed sugars, no fillers, no adrenal fatigue, no crash.

Yes, beet powder is available at most health food stores. There are also bulk dealers on the internet.
