What does Cody Montgomery need to be in the big leagues?
I say arms, shoulder, and quads. He needs to start pressing more and eating more too
Take some time off before he gets his a@@ handed to him

Legs more than anything IMO.
He is in a very similar situation now to the situation he was in before the USA's. Nobody thought he would win the overall at the USA, and very very few people thought he had enough to win the heavies. Yet, low and behold, he wins the overall pretty decisively.
Point being, wherever we think he will land, he will probably land several spots higher than that.

^^good point. Unfortunately, guys like branch, kai, rhoden, and dex (I believe are in) will turn his dreams into nightmares when he stands next to them. He's dealing with the upper echelon

Rhoden is not in, and I do not believe that Dex is in either. If he is, he has kept it under wraps very well. However, there are still many guys that I just do not think Cody can get by no matter what, including Kai, Compton, Max Charles, Juan, Cedric, and Branch. That puts him in 7th at best. It really is hard to make a case for him anywhere higher than 8th... but like I said, he always surprises.
It will be interesting to see if they have Branch beating Cedric again after all of the post show hoopla last year.

Well providing that he competes in the Arnold Classic, one can already consider that he's part of the big league. Besides at his age, it's quite impressive.
Having said that, he probably need more years of training and dieting under his belt to be very competitive i.e add overall size, grow legs specifically and well continue to work with Aceto.
Slow and steady wins the race. Bodybuilding is not a sprint and they (Cody and his team) already know that.David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

You know, I was going to say height. But he's taller than Dex and matches Branch. And he has Warren beat for aesthetics. Can he pose?

Is Wilkins right, he's the youngest new IFBB Pro at age 20?

Guy's I think he will be a over night success, similar to Phil heath, he has all the body parts like Phil did, he just needs more size which comes with time, me personally I think he could be the next jay Dorian etc, if he don't get injured think what this kid will look like when he's 25, as a teenager I think he's better than jay, good luck to the kids he deserves it
