BSN No Xplode
Classic Pre-workout. This is the first pre-workout I tried back in the day and still use time to time. NO xplode is a great pre-workout that doesn't rely on a ton of caffeine. This pre-workout gives me probably one of the best pumps of any preworkout I've tried. The green apple has a fizziness which takes some getting used to, but I like it. This is a great preworkout and isn't too expensive. Recommended for those with low caffeine tolerance and beginners.

That was one of the first pre workout supplements I tried when I first started lifting weights .Love the results except I used two scoops instead of one and for about 15 minutes I thought I was going to have a heart attack ,realized using the recommended dosage was the best way to go. Kinda moved on to other pre workouts and for the last 2 years my partner in crime is 1m.r. vortex. Still have some samples of NO Xplode from the Europa in Dallas last year.

Haha, I know man it will always be a classic for me. 1MR vortex is good too but I found the taste a little funny. Right now I'm kinda using a make shift preworkout; aplhamine + nutrex nvein.

NO Xplode was my first preworkout i've tried. The popular stack in highschool in 09 was cellmass and no xplode. Haha talking about kicking it old school.

Man NO Xplode was not the first pre-workout that I tried out but I have to say I truly regretted the day that I did try it out. OMG it made me feel so horrible and sick. I gave it multiple chance and it always fail. But they started a great category in the world of fitness

After 10 years of this I still always revert back to it. Good effects - not overly stimmed. And I love the fizz it has lol.

Its a joke if you know what you are looking at. It used to be good.. used to as in at least 5 years ago now. Now, literally half of it is sugar despite it claiming to be sugar free. The first ingredient is "glucose polymers"... aka sugar that does not have to be called sugar on a label. There are 10g of carbs per serving and the entire serveing is 20g. So, yea, 1/2 sugar and half over abundance of different ingredients all at ineffective doses. Massive waste of money shit product. IMHO.
Next time you look at a jug of NO Explode, remember that HALF of that jug is filled with sugar.
