Pre contest protocol /4 weeks out
I'm currently 4 weeks out from my first physique contest of the season.
Currently having trouble with holding in the love handles/lower back and inner thighs. I have a coach for diet & training but he won't talk supplements with me, I think because he has a reputation to hold in the industry.
23 y/o
5'5"
165lb, guessing 12-15% BF
10mg var ED

- Thoughts on using clen and nolvadex?
- Protocol suggestion for 4 weeks out?
- Ive read about rebounding after coming off Nolva - best way to prevent this? (I plan on continuing to diet post show, but should Nolva be tapered - or any other protocols for minimizing rebound (I understand some rebound is going to happen regardless)
- Should var be dropped before the show?
- Any other advice... Having a hard time finding info for women as most don't openly talk about it... So many say they're all natural and then others say they're all lying lol. I don't know what to think or what's normal/right to use!

I recommend everyone keep a daily journal of how the body reacts to gear/training/diet etc so you know whether you should keep things in or not instead of using guesswork pre-contest.Last edited by baby muscle; 03-14-2016 at 08:55 AM.

I think you would benefit from starting a training/diet and gear journal here! You don't necessarily HAVE to post progress pics.
