I used to do high refeeds with cereal once a week.... The next day I was so depressed I could not take it. I cut out flour and sugar completely... Now if I can just get rid of the two spleda a day I used in my coffee!!

When you think about it, that is a hard list to eliminate for everyone. Even most bodybuilders use artificial sweeteners and Caffeine.

Very true.
I think sensitivity to items on that list is highly individual. For example, I can't tolerate a lot of caffeine, hydrogenated fats, or refined cereals but it takes a great deal of artificial sweetener before I notice a difference. I know others who are seemingly immune to caffeine.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

The only thing that ever gets me depressed is when I hit the bottom of the Cherry Garcia.
Oh, and the next morning...KAAAABOOOOM!!!
