    Are you supposed to cook with it? I see it comes in a jar and looks like you'll need a spoon to scoop it out but does it come in an actual oil form as well like olive oil?

    You can cook with it or put it on warm food. It will melt when warmed up but is solid at room temp.

    So it won't melt fat anywhere else?

    And I am just bashing whoever made the statement, not the oil.
