How long does it take you to blast legs?
Tooke roughly 45 minutes for quads and hamstrings

Preferred: 2 hours lights out a la mountaindog, 25-30 working sets, my husband watching the kids for the day so I can pass out when I get home

Been at the hospital all week till about 10pm I came home and did 3 sets leg ext supersetted with leg curls non stop.Picked up a pair of 40 dbs and did walking lunges 20 steps each leg waited about 2 minutes lunged back and immediately got under 225 and did a high rep set of squats.Maybe 20 reps I didn't count.Whole thing was done in less than 10 minutes.Not perfect but I got some work in.Now get some sleep and do it again.
