    Default I Think I'm Pregnant

Delayed for a week now and I'm thinking of doing the pregnancy test. I just want to know how soon can I take it? Should I wait for another week?

I'd wait another week. I tested negative at 10 days late. But I was sure I was pregnant. My doc didn't believe me and refused to send me for the blood test if I didn't have a posotive home test. Waited another week and sure enough. My doc was shocked it took that long, I wasn't. Happened with all 4 of my pregnancies. By my third pregnancy with the same story, my doc didn't bat an eye and sent me for the qualitative test.

Think objectively first. Are there any logical reasons that it would be something else (i.e. reduced bodyfat, recent fat loss causing change in hormones, changes in diet or supplementation, etc).
Training and diet consulting available. Send me a PM.

Well, I think, its too early to know if you are only delayed for a week. I had my pregnancy test two to three weeks after my missed period. I used a one step urine test to find out that I was positive. Although, there are also other kinds of pregnancy test that you could try.

Pregnancy test is usually conducted about 2 weeks from the time you missed your period. Less than a week may not give you an accurate result. There are moments that you get delayed due to some reasons like stress, increase of weight, sickness, etc.
