I like most cheeses. My favorite is sharp cheddar.

If you are a cheese connaisseur, feel free to come in Strasbourg at : "La cloche à fromage"

They have "real cheese" not industrial pasteurized dead cheese, they are the nectar of the gods. They also serve great wine (even though I did not drink anymore). A friend of mine work there called Adrien. If you go there tell Adrien that I sent you the dessert and coffee will be "offert par la maison"

NB: You can plenty for 35 euros there. It's a little bit pricey but it's worth it. There are 0 option for diet food LOL.

blocked cheese is like my worst enemy....I can't stand it....cheese that's melted or a slice of cheese is fine..a thick piece of cheese is nasty

Lol!!!!! that is like me with onions and tomatoes. Can't stand raw onions or tomatoes, but I can tear up onion powder, Onion rings, Funyun's, chunky salsas, soups etc... containing the same ingredients. Am I insane?
