I think stating that the ECA stack could cause death is a little extreme but it brings up a good point that I remind people of over and over. Ephedrine, caffeine, clenbuterol etc. are all harsh stimulants that if abused - will raise cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue. This is completely counterproductive to any sort of muscle building/fat loss goals.


I commonly recommend the alternative cardarine gw that will give just a good, if not better results.

ECA stack is old school. I worry about using it for long periods though cause of the adrenal fatigue. you should always cycle it to give the body a break.

I have personally always responded well to the EC stack...no aspirin for me. I basically have no appetite so it is easy to control diet. I only run it for 4-6 weeks though so I don't get the associated adrenal fatigue. The dose that works best for me is 200mg caffeine and 24mg ephedrine 2 times per day. I find if I do the 3rd dose I have issues sleeping.
