GFR's secret training techniques
Doing a German volume type workout, did this 8 years ago and loved it.
Today: chest and Back
Incline DB press: 60lbs 10x10
A bit too light but my first workout in almost two months so best to start out easy
Medium grip lat pull downs: 120lbs 10x10
This was way too light, the last 3 sets I ended up doing 12-15 reps a set at a super slow pace.
Cable deltoid lateals: 20lbs 1x25
Cable bicep curls: 25lbs 1x20
