Harriet Tubman to replace Andrew Jackson on $20 bill, Hamilton to remain on $10

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew will reportedly announce Wednesday that former Treasury Secretary and Founding Father Alexander Hamilton's face will remain on the $10 bill.

Lew will instead announce a new plan to replace former President Andrew Jackson's image on the $20 bill with that of Harriet Tubman.
Tubman was a famous 19th century abolitionist who escaped slavery and became the conductor of the Underground Railroad, a system of secret safe houses that successfully helped free hundreds of slaves. She later went on to become a spy for the Union during the Civil War.
Jackson, whose face has been on the $20 bill since 1928, was a supporter of slavery who -- as some critics have pointed out -- did not believe the United States should use paper money.

I think it's pretty stupid to change the face from the bills. However since they are doing it, I hope they will let Benjamin on the 100 bill.

Honestly it isn't a matter of race to me, it's a matter of history. Why would they change the face of people on a bill that has an history. And how could you choose one person or another to replace the face on the XX dollar bills.

Statu quo is the safest, easiest way on this matter.
