Just how good is this supplement for heart health?

I just started using it for my knee. Works as well as aspirin did and I feel better about taking turmeric every day instead of aspirin or ibuprofen.

It IS great stuff! I've run a bottle here and there. But too expensive for my budget to run as a regular supp so I have to rely on the NSAIDS.

I actually had a spice bottle of powdered turmeric at home without knowing it. It gets used to add colour to curry. Anyway I added a health dose when I was cooking my dinner last night. Is the powder any good as an anti inflammatory or does it need to be the raw root?
