Training traps with strained upper trap
It's been 5 weeks since I injured my trap . First week I went to the cairoprator he told me do not train trap for a while and forget about the strain it will go away.its been 4 weeks since that time and it's still there. I went to the orthopedic yesterday he told me to take anti inflammatory pills for 2 weeks if It didn't go away I have to get a MRI. Do u guys recommend me to train traps when I have a strain ? ( low weight 15 kg max each side squeezing).
thank you

I tried training through a similar injury. Terrible idea. I now have a "winged shoulder". Basically my right trap slopes towards the floor.
