Is there anyone ready to take Phil Heath's spot as Mr. Olympia?
I take a look at the current lineup of IFBB pros, and I struggle to come up with a legitimate heir to the thrown ( I know the struggles of being a king)
Will Phil continue to win until he retires, or will a bevy of usurpers trade wins year after year?
To be honest, I think that the days of a dominant champ will die when Heath loses/retires.
Do you guys prefer a dominant, reigning Mr. Olympia, or a league in which a different athlete holds the crown every year?

The way things are going, Phil will not lose until he retires.
- Kai, won't beat Phil becauses he needs better conditioning and he needs to actually compete at the Mr. Olympia
- Rhoden's back is not up to par
- Big Ramy needs insane conditioning
- Wolf is pretty much done
- Cedric needs a bit more size and better conditioning
- Dexter won't win another Mr. Olympia as good as he is

did you guys see dexter guest posing? he gained and he's probably not done yet... there's a bit of potential in rhoden and ramy, that's about it for this year IMO. I do think in the next 3 years we're gonna see some new guys come out of nowhere and start taking top spots.

I personally was rooting for Dex in last years Olympia. He easily could have won, but would that have been best for business?
The IFBB operates much like professional boxing and the UFC. When it comes to a decision, you have to beat the champs ass to get the nod. A close decision almost always goes to the defending champ.

last year it was close. dexter has made huge improvements that he hasn't been doing in the past. as long as he doesn't ruin his physique with the new size and if phil comes in off as he always does dexter has a real shot. rhoden does as well, and if aceto can get ramy in shape it's any one of theirs for the taking... but it's all up to phil, if he nails it none of them can "knock him out" but if he's off and any of them are 100% they might be able to...

Kai, Dexter and Rhoden are lying in wait but only a very well conditioned Kai has the overall package to knock Phil out. If Big Ramy brings it anything is possible but.........
I very much hope Kai does the O.

if they get the 'title holder treatment' maybe... i think ramy has the physical potential to hold it as long as chris nails the formula to keep him getting in shape consistently but i doubt he has the mental fortitude to keep it together. just the fact that people talk about him as he is being controlled and is weak and he hasn't put out a single statement in his defense speaks volumes. do you know a single alpha male mr. O in history that isn't 1000% sure they are as good as kanye thinks he is?

lol did you not understand my train of thought or analogies? basically i just was saying that ramy has been called weak for years now, rumors of bader controlling him, saying he can't control his eating, he eats fruit all the time, he can't say no to people etc... he's never stood up in his defense to speak for himself and say he believes he will be mr. O and is making his own decisions... it's always Lui marco saying ramy's trainer told him he's his own man, bader saying ramy is his own man, all these people BUT Ramy standing up for him... shows weakness, a mr. O can not have a weakness like that. I think him being weak is why he can't get in shape. it's not like the gurus he's worked with before just don't know how to whip him in to shape...
the benefit of chris is he will go to his hotel room and hand feed him if he has too, he very much takes care of his athletes. Ramy needs to be taken care of I think...

I only think Ramy wasn't in shape cause DJ wasn't that great of a coach. He blamed Lionel beyeke for cheating on his diet too. In reality, LB was borderline diabetic while working with DJ and he was never the wiser to try and fix the underlying problem.
