Default New information on Vitamin D and Vitamin [email protected]

Vitamin D has been shown to help not only by keeping bones strong but to help to decrease chances of Alzheimer's disease an decreasing chance of colon cancer. With respect to keeping bones strong it is important to add Vitamin K2. K2 helps direct calcium to the osteoclast that forms bone.

The most healthy dose of Vitamin D is 4000 IU per day. Vitamin KI2 use is 100mcg per 1000 IU of vitamin D.

I've religiously taken D3 for years and rarely get sick, maybe the occasional cold, but mild. Haven't had the flu in over ten years and no flu shots
