.........Now judges put SHANIQUE GRANT in middle.........I don't think she's ready to win yet... best structure........not quite there yet. But lets see what they do

There was no individual POSING at prejudging for WOMENS PHYSIQUE. I didn't forget or get lazy.....lol

GUY CISTERNINO looks great! Shredded peeled.........got it all

SHAUN CLARIDA is symmetrically perfect.......... shredded........ just lacking the size of CISTERNINO............will be tough for him to give up over 50lbs to these other guys

KIM JUN HO: best we've seen him........ needs slightly tighter glutes and darker tan.....but looks to be a solid top 3

CRAIG RICHARDSON: a lot bigger than we've seen him........all bodyparts came up....... impressive. Glutes can be a tad drier.......but it's a good look for him


THOMAS LENIHAN: tan is not dark enough......... not showing off his freaky conditioning to iti's best light...... Lot of good shape and muscle

ADD LEO PACHECO and DAVID ROBINSON (excellent potential........I'd like him tighter in the back and he does serious damage).....

Yeah Clarida holds his own even though the others carry so much weight on him, until they turn to the side and you see the leg thickness!

NO POSING FOR MENS OPEN EITHER......I'l critique as i see them

MAX CHARLES looks ridiculous..... enormous upper body. legs look full and bigger. best he's looked.

DOM CARDONE (Pro debut).. bigger........but not harder. I'd like to see him dryer. Gonna hurt him

JEFF BECKHAM: Big.....great structure.... definitely not tight enough....... and tan can be darker

PABLO AYALA: holding tons of water......and not lean enough

NATHAN DE ASHA: Incredible structure.... great tan. shredded........... could shock the world today.. peeled...

JON DELAROSA: big and full.........great tan. Good posing..... glutes can be a tad drier. But excellent look for JON

DEXTER JACKSON: Not as peeled and shrink wrapped as we've seen hiim. Good, but not great.... Definitely vulnerable to NATHAN

MIKE KEFALIANOS: Was better last week in UK

JUAN MOREL: shreddd .......great tan. Excellent structure. top 4 for sure....legs are a little flat

VICTOR MARTINEZ: Not tight enough..... all his muscle is back....but He's not peeled enough

STEVE KUCLO: trenendous size and conditioning..... lower back can be a little drier.

ROELLY WINKLAAR: coming off win at BODYPOWER PRO last week. Freaky size and conditioning. insane quads....... freaky arms. Will be tough to beat

BRIAN YERSKY: Put on lots of new size.....conditioning is excellent....... great tan. Back can use more fullness... Best he's looked.

KEITH WILLIAMS (looks very flat and nothing is popping)

RUDY RICHARDS: Great structure. conditioning is good.......needs more size
