    Default Just a bikini girl trying to gain some mass

    I'm on day 5 of ostarine and week 6 of clenbuterol. I will take 12.5 mg of ostarine for 6-8 weeks. I started with 20mcg of clen, then 40mcg and now 60mcg. Two weeks at each dose.

    So far after taking ostarine I have noticed I am more vascular, feeling a little stronger and I've also been breaking out a little bit. I am on about a 1,100 calorie diet, fasted LISS cardio 7x a week for 40 mins, HIIT training 3x a week for 14 mins and a 5 day training split.

    I started at 5'4 132lbs, 18%BF and now I am 122lbs 16%BF. I was going to do a bikini show but I want to develop more muscle in my legs since my upper body is much bigger and muscular. That's why I'm taking ostarine. I am under supervision of a coach and RD!

    So far my side effects of ostarine (good and bad) are increased acne, extreme thirst (i've been drinking almost 3 gallons a day), migraines, increased strength and more vascularity.

    So today 5/23 I did my morning cardio. I've been using MPS supplement Vasoburn (skin thermo) on my stomach with a neoprene waist trainer - coaches orders. Walked 40 mins on 3.5 incline, 3.2 mph. I don't feel my 60mcg of clen at all anymore and I have been retaining SO much water on ostarine. I am constantly thirsty and I feel like a balloon. However, I have been feeling so much stronger during my workouts

    hi! this is my leg workout for today:
    Legs

    Lying ham curls- 3 warm ups and then 4 sets of 10. Do every set with a complete pause in the stretched position and then explode through the rep. So you are going to explode through the rep and then return to the start position and come to a complete stop for a full second.

    Hack Squats- now go heavy on these this week. Work on doing sets of 8 until you get to a weight that is really challenging and stay there for 3 sets. Do 3 second negatives on each set before exploding up.

    Leg Press- 4 sets of 20 reps, with high foot placement. Use a regular leg sled this week and do 2 warm up sets to get to the right weight.

    Bulgarian Split Squat- find a medium weight and do 3 sets of 10 reps with a 15 second iso hold 2/3 the way down at the end of each set. This is a killer

    Still legged Deadlifts- finish legs up with 3 sets of 12 reps using dumbbells.

    So its now a week and almost a half on ostarine. The scale keeps going up and up and up. I am now 127, 7 pounds up from 2 weeks ago. Diet is the same, a few cheats here and there but nothing that would hurt progress, and training is the same. My coach said water weight happens with this SARMS and not to worry about it. I have noticed my delts are a lot rounder as well as my glutes (yay)! It's morning 3 of waking up groggy and kind of out of it. Not sure if thats related but might as well note it.

    SO this is my progress since stating ostarine. PLEASE NO RUDE, MEAN OR SEXUAL COMMENTS ):
    The left pictures (black sports bra) are when I weighed 120, only on clenbuterol. On the right, I am 6 or 7 pounds heavier (water weight) on clenbuterol and ostarine (1.5 weeks on)

    Yes, I know I have body fat distribution like a male. I carry my fat in my abs and none in my legs

    So 5/25/16

    I woke up and felt pretty lean, which is a first for this cycle of ostarine. I weighed 125, but looked like I did when I was 120 except with fuller muscles. I'm pretty impressed and I'm starting to like this stuff. Still feeling groggy and out of it when I wake up though

    5/26/16... my leg workout yesterday was hard as fuck. I had some bad cramping during my squats, probably due to my low taurine levels from clen. I started putting celtic salt on my meals to help get some minerals. I'm taking an off day today but i woke up with some ab definition and I am wayyyyy less bloated.

    Extra salt and yet less bloating is telling me your body was craving sodium and minerals in the first place. I'm so glad you're feeling better.

    This is great to hear! W/ the low cals, lots of cardio and cramping from low taurine - lots of water retention is usually a great indicator of something's off. Glad some sodium is helping!

    I'd also consider adding potassium to the supplement stack.

    I'm going to follow this but please take it from someone who has abused all sorts of supplements badly......really think about what you are doing.

    No bikini competitor needs any type of "supplementation". You just need to be more patient and give it time.

    Might I ask why you've chosen to go this route? I'm assuming you want results NOW.

    I like the green knickers btw.

    I have question a little of topic, my girl after begging to join me in the gym for 8 weeks finally did a couple of months ago. she loves lifting doesn't want to do much cardio. loves strength gains but put on a little mass and about 6 kg. good lean weight I might add. then stopped eating right and stopped her complex B. shes terrified about what the scale says rather than how she looks and is now complaining after losing some strength gain from lack of food intake. how could she over come this 1970's view on womans health / approach to training? any suggestions? its a big topic I know.
