Help, did I do something that can cause permanent damage?

Hello, everyone I apologize if I posted on the wrong section forum this may sound silly to some but I'm very concerned okay I'm a 20 year old college healthy male I really didn't knew what I was doing so I got injected 500mg of testosterone enanthathe later on l focused a bit more of research and came across the testosterones injections would shut you down but permanently? After when? And what happens if I don't take the thing you guys call PCT or something.

Is it necessary to take PCT ? For me after I injected myself with 500 mg ? And of course I stopped doing the stupidity of what I was doing and I was never prescribed for anything I was adviced to eat a lot fish bananas and Vitamin D is it true??????? How long my reproductive testosterone system will take to go back to normal?

I'm like crying tbh that is not even funny to me...

So I didn't do any permanent damage right? I'm here because obviously you guys know all about this so therefore I don't need PCT? And can produce naturally testosterone right? Even though I received 500 mg of testosterone enanthate!!!! Average male produce 50 mg at week OMG....

My balls shrink and got a bit of muscle I'm scared tbh..

You only took it the one time?

Your balls will get back to business... It will just take them a bit.

You should really research more.

If you want, take a anti-estrogen. This could help you until your sack gets back in business.

I'm really paranoid I appreciate anyone replies god bless you. And I took both shots of 250 mg testosterone enanthate my parents don't know I know what I did was stupid without any knowledge of the body building world.

Do I have to take PCT? For ever? Can I produce my own testosterone naturally again? I barely turned 20 (if age matters too)

You will not have to do it forever.

Just give your balls time to adjust. They will produce again.

I'm sorry if I was not very clear I received 500mg of testosterone 250 mg one week and a week after another 250mg I was advised to eat just fish bananas and Vitamin d I felt it wasn't right... so I searched several things the scared me that's when I realized I was fucking up.

So I'm producing normal testosterone again right? One thing I didn't understood was do I have to take PCT even though I stopped ?

A stupid decision of mine I was just tired to be very slim-skinny and there was this guy who goes to.GYM a lot adviced me to do that and encourage me to take testosterone something I regret and will never do.

you'll be normal in a month. you only took 2 weeks worth of trt. should have saw it through til the end. 10-12 weeks might have manned you the fuck up.
