I didn't do any morning Cardio today, so did not listened HMR yet, but I will tomorrow morning.
If Beyeke ever had the chance to work with Chris, and benefits from it's knowledge, he would be tough to beat to say the least.
Just Imagine a Top 5 at the Olympia with 4 guys and a new MrO from team Aceto X)David Cua also called Donald Pump known for "making bodybuilding great again" !

Cedric didn't make it to the stage either -- pulled out last minute -- but had a great Arnold Ohio. Guy is nailing it so far in 2016. Jose trusts him and always brings it. Eduardo (with Aceto's help) had some of the most peeled looks we've ever seen. Maxx Charles is getting better and better. Victor had some of his best looks with Chris. Arash is dominating the Classic division so far. Eddie Braccamontes looked great in his debut. Cody Montgomery was as good as we could have expected at those Arnolds. My boy Craig Richardson looks good as always this year. Regan Gaines is gaining. What about Benson The Peeled Bison Milgate? Hameed Juma realizing his potential. Sergio Oliva Jr. got that pro card. Johnny Otis Jackson looked great last year, best in years. Dusty Hanshaw is never out of shape. Sasan Heierta won the British Championships last year. Had Brad Rowe looking his best. Maradona could have been a top 212 guy, but disappeared. The list goes on: Stinson, Farnsworth, Zaher Moukahal, pros and non-pros all realizing there best physique with Aceto. Even Jon DeLarosa, despite a poor start to 2016, really really brought the goods a couple of years ago and still trusts the Technician unconditionally.
Chris has obviously been at the top of the game since Jay Cutler started producing his own natural testosterone. Anyway Ramy or Rhoden will win the Olympia this year. I think Rhoden just ran out of Metamucil last year.

Shawn Ray would have 2-3 Olympias if he worked with Chris.

I know that Beyeke works alone and the great interview by Dave "Live with Beyeke" shows that Beyeke want to work by himself.
However I can't help but thinking what if Beyeke and Aceto teamed up, and what if Beyeke got an invite by Bader Boodai to go to Kuwait for a couple of months.
That would be great for France bodybuilding, Lionel if you read that, I wish you best of luck you clearly have all the potential to become Mr Olympia.

I was reading some old stuff online and came across Bodybuilding.com's 2012 Olympia predictions. They had Beyeke finishing 5th and McMillan 9th or 10th. It's 2016 and all we've seen has been Beyeke with a 10th in 2012 and 10th again in 2013. Ced's only placing was 12th in 2013.

Don't know if you guys saw an Iron Debate show a while back and Dennis James talked about how Beyeke had all the potential in the world but didn't put in the work. Said he's one of the laziest guys while he worked out with him and that he would probably half ass his pre contest diets. Guys like Beyeke will never get to the top in this sport when other top bodybuilders also have genetics and are actually putting in the hard work and listening to their coaches. Hoping Big Ramy does that this year and amazes us at the Olympia, I know and we all know Chris has his best interest.
