Essa Obaid is in the video and has very interesting stuff to say ! I'm even more of a fan of Essa now that i've seen this video ! He's a great bodybuilder coupled with a great gentleman !

I'd go to the @evobodybuilding page on Twitter and scroll all the way down the following list to the first person or two it ever followed. 65-75% of the time people follow themselves first with their company Twitter. But I don't have Twitter so I can't check.
